Survey shows huge support for Sainsbury’s

Sainsbury’s plans for a £40 million out-of-town shopping complex at Herne Bay have received the thumbs up from residents.

According to figures released today (31st October) by developers,
84 per cent of locals support the scheme at the Altira Business Park.
This follows a display of the plans at the Premier Inn’s TableTable
restaurant earlier this month which attracted nearly 600 visitors.
