Excellent K&C care after minor stroke

As the Kent and Canterbury Hospital has received some criticism in your paper and the NHS in the national Press, I would like to record my experience. I spent six days in the K&C last week having suffered a mild stroke and received excellent treatment. The nursing was friendly and efficient. The doctors told me exactly what was going on and the ancillary staff were excellent. The ward was warm and the food provided a well-balanced diet. Incidentally, I am one of the councillors who travels to the Guildhall by bus.

Cllr Graham Wood (Lib Dem), London Road, Canterbury
