Free winter parking considered

Councillors will consider a request to scrap winter parking charges at a meeting next week. Parking bosses want to increase fees for parking on Central Parade by 10p per hour but business owners have asked for free parking or lower charges from November to January. Celebrating the King’s Hall’s 100th birthday
