Strode Park Foundation – Planting up Containers for Diamond Jubilee Fete

The Herne Bay in Bloom team were invited to plan the planting for the seven urns in the central fountain area of  the garden  and the three raised beds in the theatre seating area for the occasion of the Diamond Jubilee Fete organised by the Herne and Broomfield Parish Council on 4th June.

Members of the Herne Bay in Bloom committee assisted by volunteers from the Herne Horticultural & Rose Society and friends, helpers and residents of Strode Park spent an enjoyable morning at the beginning of May planting up the containers on a red, white and blue theme .
