MASALA BAY wins another national accolade

MASALA Bay Indian takeaway finished runner-up for the Best Takeaway in the final of the 10th British Curry Awards. The event, which is considered to be the biggest event in the British hospitality calendar, took place on Monday last week at the Battersea Evolution in London. Celebrating the £3.6 billion British curry industry, the prestigious awards ceremony brought together industry personnel, foodles, celebrities, MPs, and dignitaries from across the country.

Achievement

For the second year in a row, Maila Bay made it to the finals in the Best Takeaway category which included six other takeaways and restaurants. Co-owner Zahid Rahman said:

“It was a great achievement to reach the finals again and demonstrates our commitment to provide the best food and service possible. We are proud of our team for the hard work,they have put in throughout the years and are grateful to our loyal customers who nominated and supported us.,,

Masala Bay was crowned Takeaway of the Year for South East England for the second consecutive year in October at the English Curry Awards.
