Choir raised roof for hospice appeal

The Beltinge Ladies Choir would like to thank everyone who supported their recent concert in the United Church Mortimer Street, Herne Bay. Special thanks to Pam Woodman and members of the church who helped with front of house and refreshments, Sue Thompson and her volunteers from the Pilgrims Hospice shop Herne Bay for bringing their gift stall and Morrison’s Herne Bay for sponsoring the refreshments. We are pleased to say that as a result we raised £500 for the Pilgrims Hospice. If anyone is interested in joining our choir we are always looking for new members. No auditions are required and reading music is not essential. We meet at the Lower Hall United Church, High Street Herne Bay on Thursday afternoons 2pm to 4pm during term times.
